HOT Summer Day

Man has it been hot this week.  Thank goodness for fans and the pool.  Nick has had a blast at the skate camp.  He got a t-shirt, sun glasses, stickers, and won a pair of skate shoes.  He beat out 4 other kids for them.  It was a really fun week for him and Brody they were busy all afternoon.

I need to upload my photo's of the kids swimming.  They have fun in the pool and have even put Gabby in the pool and she can swim from one end to the other.  So cute to watch her in the pool then she gets out and heads under the shed and digs in the dirt then her paws are all dirty.

I made this card for an anniversary or valentines day.  I love the bird punch.  Not sure about the card though.  Oh well it was fun being in my scrap room.

Here is Dana sitting with Mittens and Sasha that is as close as they get to each other without Sasha trying to chase poor Mittens.

Dexter starts work tomorrow at 7:00am, so I need to get to bed to take him to work.  I wish he had a scooter to take himself.  Oh well at least he has got a job.

Dana got this toy at the dollar store and Gabby loves it.  It is for cats but Gabby likes it 5 different things to chew on and it makes a noise too.  Dana is good to play with Gabby and watch out for her.  Dana had the idea to put a little bell on Gabby's collar so we could hear her and know where she is.  Good idea Dana.

Oh this morning Dana was having troubles finding something on the computer so she asked Dexter to help her and after he was finished Dana said "thanks my geeky Technical Brother"  too funny.
